Yesterday On Monday, April 25, 2022, we 9th grade students took the practical exam.In this practical exam we were given the task of processing food or it could be called cooking. In this exam we are divided into several groups. And each group is must to cook 1 food whose basic ingredients are tubers or cereals according to what has been determined. And for our group, we were chosen to cook 1 food made from taro. And our groups chose to make taro chips. in the manufacture of taro chips we need 3 pieces of taro, cooking oil, frying pan, knife, spatula, and chicken stock.
And we were given 2 hours 30 minutes to make our food.During this cooking process, a group of us decided to divide the tasks to save time. some give seasoning, some cut, and some fry. Time passed and we finished our work in just 30 minutes. After we finished cooking we served our food at the judging table. And after finishing serving the food, we began to clean up the equipment that was used for cooking.After that we held a short evaluation and also held a group photo session. And after that we went back to our respective homes.

practice exam this time is very fun. but this practical exam is also very tiring. I learned a lot from this exam. for example, I learned how to work well together, then I also learned to stay calm even though I made mistakes when cooking. And honestly, I'm very happy that I was able to finish this exam quite well. And I will continue to remember this moment as a meaningful memory in 9th grade.
